PA66 (polyamide 66 or nylon 66), compared with PA6, PA66 is more widely used in the automotive industry, instrument housing and other products requiring impact resistance and high strength.
Widely used in the manufacture of machinery, automobile, chemical and electrical equipment parts, such as gear, roller, pulley, roller shaft, pump impeller, fan blade, high pressure sealing ring, valve seat, gasket, bushing, various handles, support frame, wire package inner layer, etc.
Main features
A very high strength - resistant to many oils, greases and fuels
B good wear properties - good weldable and bondable
C high dimensional stability - good heat deflection temperature
D very high stiffness
